Basic requirements
Unpacked products should be stored in a rain-proof, ventilated and dry place. And cushion the product to prevent moisture and damage.
The product must pass the inspection of the quality inspection department and is accompanied by a product certificate. The product must be inspected by the packaging inspector before packaging.
The dust and other dirt on the product must be cleaned before packaging, and the entire packaging process must be cleaned to ensure the quality of the packaging. Explosion-proof electrical products and power transmission control devices must be covered with plastic bags and then put into packing boxes. Products with simple packaging for outer packaging must be packed in plastic bags first.
The products packed in the box must be fixed reliably, and should not be moved. The fixing method is selected according to the structure of the product, which is fixed by bolts or compressed by wooden corrugated (block) pads. When using corrugated (block) fixing products, it is strictly forbidden to pad or press the weak parts of the product, such as: doors with glass for electric control products.
When the quality of the packaged product is more than 50kg or the volume of the packaging wooden box is more than 1m3, iron corners must be nailed at the corners of the box body. The fiberboard box and the packaging wooden box of the electric drive control equipment must be nailed around the wooden box with steel tape after the wooden box is nailed, and the wooden box is nailed at both ends.
From the date of shipment, under normal storage and transportation conditions, the protection period of the box is 1 year. During this period, the packaged product should be intact.
